Faith is amazing! I love how she loves Melinda so much like the mother Beth should have been while she was growing up rather than always trying to shove her away just because she embraced the gift of seeing ghosts. Apparently, Faith never did learn of Melinda's gift but Jim did not get his kind, accepting nature from his father who protested him becoming a paramedic ;)
I wish they had told her.

Kenny was adorable, it's pretty interesting how right at the beginning of the series you are shown what a wonderful mother Melinda would make. From lack of counter information I assume this must have been the first that Melinda has ever dealt with a child either living or dead and she was just a natural.

Such a touching episode. The little boy is so cute and he played his role so well. So sad... Jim's mom was really a breath of fresh air. Interesting!
